Chapter 1
The Elevator

*Tap* *Tap* Chorused her thigh as she taped it with her pale hand."C'mon!how long does it take for an elevator to go from level twenty-two to level one?!Ughh this is the thing I hate about old fashioned elevators and old resorts!everything is slow!"She thought.Finally a little bell-like noise went off,"Finally!"She groaned as she opened the door and slided the grate to enter.she pushed the rusty,old button with the midnight black numbers reading 'Fifty-three'.She waited,the elevator didn't move,she pressed the old button again-it stayed still.Again and again she pressed the button until the elevator gave a suddenly jolt of movement, causing her to fall back against the cold,tiled elevator floor.Pulling herself up with the elevator bars,she soon stood up leaning against the wall.Suddenly,The elevator stopped,but there was no bell-like noise."huh?!"thought Shushienae,"Wait....Oh-no oh C***,this isn't good!S***!"Mumbled Shushienae "yet another reason why I hate OLD ELEVATORS!!!"She yelled.

She bashed her fists against the door of the elevator and press the buttons speedily;but nothing would make the old elevator (or what Shushienae now refers to as 'A piece of S****')Move!she looked  around the elevator for a way out.Seeing a sign Which read:"Press Button For Emergency's" next to the door,she slided over and looked for the button she was meant to press;spying a small metal box next to the door,she opened it up and looked in.

"F***"She yelled as the button was obviously broken and smashed."what am I going to do!Oh No!If only I had my phone with me!!This Really Sucks!I DON'T WON'T TO DIE IN THIS STUPID ELEVATOR!!!!"She yelled at the top of her lounges!Thinking of a way out,she came across an idea.Looking up, Shushienae

 saw what she was looking for and climbed onto the bars that hang mid-way on the elevator.She banged on the hatch of the elevator and it burst open just as she wanted it to.Climbing out,the newly freed girl stood on the top of the elevator and immediately saw what the problem was.The cord that made the elevator go up and down and snagged onto a bar,tangling it up in a knot."Now,all i need is a ladder to the next level and im all good!"She thought.Seeing one,she decided to jump for it,even though it was a dangerous jump and she could fall and-well-die.

Preparing herself,she stood back and ran forward and jumped.

She reached forth and grabbed onto te ladder handle.Her finger slashed against the  jotting out rusted metal on the ladder, scaring her finger."OW OW OW!!"Yelped Shushienae 

Letting go of the bar because of the pain from her finger,she fell back and down pass the elevator,and down.Shushienae screamed as she knew she would certainly break something or otherwise die.

Suddenly,there was a big "SNAP!CRACK!FWOOOM!"

The Elevator,currently above her,started to fall.Shushienae was so scared,so frightened of the fact the now,she was going to die.Instead of screaming or yelling,she cried silently.She regretted everthing she ever did,taking the elevator instead of the stairs,jumping,maybe even going to this whole resort!She hoped that something,anything would appear and save her from falling to her death,but nothing would work,nothing at all.And still the elevator fell,above her,destined to smash and kill her.The Falling girl thought of all her family,Akemi,her sister,Ren,her mother and her father,Daichi.She Was Thinking of her friends when...'THWAPCK'She was slapped against the ground with such force,she immediately Brock her arms ,her right leg,her back and fractured her skull in the back of her head.

Even knocked out and feeling numb,she waited for the elevator to finish the job....

"CHING!FWOOSH!CHING!SQUABAM!THUD!"

She was dead.
